By accessing and using the Oyster Connect Web Site www.oysterconnect.com and Materials, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Oyster Connect Website www.oysterconnect.com or download any Materials. Oyster Connect is an initiative of Oyster Learning, an educational content and delivery services company, and is wholly owned by it.





These Terms of Use are applicable to the Oyster Connect Website. These Terms also apply to any Oyster Connect Program and sessions provided through Oyster Connect Websites, including but not limited to developer tools, download areas, chat rooms, blogs, sharing sites and product information. These Terms apply to the Oyster Connect Websites, both now and in the future. Hereafter, all the materials covered by these Terms of Use will be referred to as the "Materials."

Oyster Learning may provide activity or program specific Terms of Service. If so, to the extent that these Terms do not conflict with the program specific Terms of Service, the Terms herein remain in full force and effect.


Personal Information: Information submitted to Oyster Learning through forms on the Oyster Connect Website or Materials is governed according to Oyster Learning Privacy Policy. 

Registration, Password, and Security: Once registered with Oyster Learning you will be required to establish a user ID and/or password. In such cases, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ID/ password. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Oyster Learning immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security here. Oyster Learning will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Oyster Learning or another party due to someone else using your account or password. 

Any breach of privacy or of the information provided by the consumer to Oyster Learning to be placed on the Oyster Connect Website by technical or any other means is not the responsibility of Oyster Learning. Oyster Learning does not guarantee confidentiality of information provided to it by any person acquiring/using all/any information displayed on the Oyster Connect Website or any of its other websites / domains owned and operated by Oyster Learning. 


OYSTER LEARNING reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms of Use at our sole and absolute discretion. The most current version of these Terms of Use can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" located at the bottom of the pages of the Oyster Connect Website. The most current version of the Terms of Use will supersede all previous versions. Your use of the Oyster Connect Website or continued use of our service after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes. 


Oyster Learning uses proprietary, licensed third-party technologies and free technology products. While all attempts are made to ensure stability and availability of technologies used by Oyster Learning, the company cannot guarantee uptime. You are solely responsible for all service, telephony and/or other fees and costs associated with your access to and use of the Services and for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment required for such access and use. 


Make your contact and personal details available to Oyster Learning; you may be contacted by Oyster Learning associates/administrators/mentors for education information through email and telephone. 

Receive promotional mails/special offers from Oyster Learning. 

Be contacted by Oyster Learning in accordance with the privacy settings set by you. 


Personal Non-Commercial Use: This Web Site is for personal and non-commercial use. Unless otherwise specified or as provided in these Terms, you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Materials.

* Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under    contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of the  agreements);


* Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other    proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;


* Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail,"  "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;


* Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or  programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;


* You may not use the Web Site or Materials in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Oyster Learning server, or  network(s) connections, disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Web Site or Materials or  interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Web Sites or Materials;


* You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Web Site or Material, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to  any Oyster Learning server or Materials, through hacking, password mining or any other means or obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or  information through any means not intentionally made available through the Web Sites or Materials;


* Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, statute, ordinance, rules and regulations  including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the Indian Government, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including,  without limitation, the SEBI regulations and the Stock Exchanges having the force of law; and/or


* Provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to  any organization(s) i.e. terrorist organization.


* Use the Website in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others;


* Upload, post, transmit, publish or distribute any material or information which constitutes or encourages conduct that would constitute a  criminal offence, give rise to other liability.
